BANGLE IS UP FOR ADOPTION
Bengal was rescued by us about 5 months ago from a shelter in Yreka. she was ready to be put down. We found her picture on the net and decided we needed to get her out. We have five dogs that we own and are our companions and friends. We wanted to save Bengals life, so she is now in our "Foster Home" and doing great. She's very healthy and full of energy. She loves to get all the attention, that's why she's best suited to be in a household without other pets. She makes a great companion and friend, she would be my choice if I had no other dogs.
She loves people and loves going places and doing stuff, she's NOT a couch potatoe, she would make a great running/walking partner. She's not agressive, but will protect her owner, she would probably give her life to save her owner.
She's not a barker, only if somethings going on (like a wild animal out front) or when playing, she's housebroken, great inside the house, great in the car. She's trained to sit, come and lay down, she's real good off lead (we live way in the mountains), she always comes when called. She walks good on leash. She's very smart and learns fast, she needs someone that wants to spend time with her and train her, she would be smart enough the become a police drug dog.
Bengal is spoiled but only in a good way, she has no hang ups, doesn't look like she was ever abused, mentally or physically. She's spoiled because she only gets good food and treats, she eats chicken and veggies mixed with solid gold dog food every day (I cook for all my dogs every day), I spend as much time as I can with her because I love my dogs and I know that someday they all be gone, so I want to enjoy as much as I can and spent good times together with my companions.
Bengal needs a special person, it needs to be that perfect match, she loves all people, but she does prefer man over woman, because she was raised by two different young man in her first few months of life. Bengal adores my husband (he's a quad in a wheelchair), she thinks she's a lapdog or wants to be his lapdog, she's so funny.
Bengal greatest quality is the love of life, she never mopes, she's never depressed, always in a happy mood and ready to go. She's a bundle of enery, but calms down qickly if need be.
Bengal weights about 50 pounds, she's on hartgard, had all her shots, she is spayed.
If you have been looking to find a companion for life, please consider Bengal as your first choice, you will love her, as much as we do.
